These Terms of Service govern your use of Scrollie (the "App"), provided by Foamzou ("we", "us").

1. Service Overview

• Scrollie helps you convert iPhone screen recordings and screenshots into long screenshots.
• Core stitching runs entirely on-device and does not interact with cloud services.
• Some features may require network services, such as purchase verification and restore.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must comply with Apple App Store terms and applicable laws.
• In-app purchase billing, including subscriptions and lifetime purchase, is handled by Apple via your Apple ID.
• You are responsible for your device and account security.

3. Plans and Billing

• Pro features are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions and lifetime (one-time) purchase.
• Price and billing details for each plan are shown before purchase.
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID Settings; lifetime purchase does not auto-renew.

4. User Content and Permissions

• You retain ownership of your recordings, screenshots, and exported images.
• You grant only the permissions required to provide app functionality.
• You are responsible for ensuring your usage and sharing comply with laws and third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Use

• Do not use the App for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or related services.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free output.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes and Contact

• We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes.
• Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
