Restore purchase

Fast path

  1. Open Scrollie.
  2. Go to Settings and tap Upgrade Pro.
  3. Tap Restore Purchase.
  4. Return to Settings and verify Pro status.

If restore fails

  1. Use the same Apple ID as the original purchase.
  2. Switch network (Wi-Fi / cellular) and retry.
  3. Confirm App Store login is valid.

Still not fixed

  1. Device model + iOS version.
  2. Approximate purchase date.
  3. Screenshot of the error message.
